Oral Creation

By Aligners.co Editorial Team

Oral Creation, a small UK laboratory that makes clear aligners for dentists, can be a reasonable choice if a dentist you trust uses it and gives you a clear written quote. There is very little public information to judge it by: no patient prices, no practice we found that publishes a fee for it, and its no-attachments claim is its own and not independently tested.

How you start
An examination with a dentist who uses Oral Creation. There is no patient finder.
Who checks your progress
Your dentist, in person at the practice.

It does not treat patients directly: if your dentist uses it, they examine you, send your records to the lab, set your fee and run your treatment. Oral Creation Orthodontics Limited, registered in Slough, was incorporated in 2020 and is listed as active at Companies House. Compare any quote with a better-known system before you commit.

Price

Oral Creation does not publish patient prices, and no UK practice we found publishes a fee for it (checked 26 October 2026). Your dentist sets the fee.

For context, other dentist-provided systems that UK practices do price publicly:

SystemPublished UK practice fees for both archesReview
SparkAbout £2,600 to £5,500, depending on levelSpark
InvisalignAbout £2,000 for Express to about £4,100 for full treatmentInvisalign
Angel Aligner£1,500 for a small plan to £3,500 for complex cases at one practiceAngel Aligner

These are other systems' fees, not Oral Creation's.

Oral Creation markets itself as affordable for dentists and patients, so if your quote is similar to these, ask what you gain by choosing it.

Every Oral Creation case includes one free retainer from the lab, so ask whether your fee includes it, and ask for a quote that separates the aligners, appointments, retainer and any extra aligners. If you use finance, check the APR and the total amount repayable.

Offers and discount codes

We have no verified current offer from Oral Creation. That does not mean there is no promotion: we list one only after checking it. The prices in this review are Oral Creation's prices without any promotion.

If Oral Creation shows a discount or a code when you visit, check its end date and terms on Oral Creation's own site before you rely on it, and compare the total you would pay. We list an offer only after checking it on the provider's site and recording its terms, including any end date the provider gives.

How treatment works

  1. Examination and records. Your dentist examines you, checks your teeth and gums are healthy enough to start, and takes impressions or a scan.
  2. Plan. The lab prepares a set-up showing the planned tooth movements. Your dentist can ask for as many changes to it as they want before anything is made, which Oral Creation calls unlimited modifications. Ask to see the plan and what it will and will not change.
  3. Waiting for aligners. The lab makes the aligners and sends them to the practice. Oral Creation says its turnaround is fast but does not give a time, so ask your dentist how long it usually takes.
  4. Active treatment. You wear the aligners about 22 hours a day and change them on your dentist's schedule, with check-ups at the practice. Treatment length depends on your case; the British Orthodontic Society says aligner treatment often lasts 6 to 24 months.
  5. Retainers. At the end you move to retainers, starting with the free one from the lab.

If you lose an aligner or one stops fitting, contact the practice and keep your recent aligners. Our guides cover cleaning aligners and what aligners can and cannot fix.

What Oral Creation says is different

Lab's claimWhat it means for youWhat to ask
No attachments neededNo small tooth-coloured bumps bonded to your teethMany systems use attachments to control harder movements. Is an attachment-free plan suitable for my teeth?
Unlimited modificationsYour dentist can refine the plan before manufactureThis is not the same as extra aligners later. Are those included?
Built from your original impressions without digital adjustmentThe lab says this improves fitFit is checked at your appointments, whatever the method
One free retainer per caseThe lab supplies a first retainerIs it reflected in my fee, and what do replacements cost?
Clearer aligners and faster turnaroundPossibly less visible aligners and a shorter waitHow long is the wait at this practice?

All of these are the lab's own descriptions on a website written for dentists.

What we like

  • A free retainer with every case

The lab includes one retainer with each case. Ask whether your fee reflects it.

  • Dentist-led

Your dentist examines you and runs your treatment in person.

  • No attachments

If it suits your case, you avoid having bumps bonded to your teeth.

What to be aware of

  • Little public information

No published prices, no patient finder, and we found no independent studies.

  • Attachment-free is not right for every case

Ask your dentist whether your tooth movements can be achieved without attachments.

  • Extra aligners are not set out

Unlimited modifications apply only before manufacture. Ask whether later aligners cost extra.

Clinical oversight

Your dentist is responsible for your treatment, from the examination to the end. The website has no patient finder, so you will usually hear about Oral Creation from a practice that already uses it. You can check any dentist on the General Dental Council register, which also shows whether they are on the specialist list for orthodontics. For a bite problem or a case another dentist has called complex, consider a specialist opinion before choosing an attachment-free system.

The company's website gives a UK address in Ashford and a US address in Wisconsin, while its registered office at Companies House is in Slough. For problems with aligners, appointments or billing, your contact is the practice. If a complaint about private treatment is not resolved by the practice, the Dental Complaints Service can help.

Retainers, refinements and refunds

You will need retainers after treatment to stop your teeth moving back, and your dentist will tell you how long and how often to wear them. One retainer comes free with every laboratory case; ask what replacements cost, since retainers wear out.

Oral Creation does not say whether extra aligners are included if your teeth do not follow the plan, so ask your dentist. Refunds, cancellation and what happens if you move are set by the practice, so ask for those terms in writing before you pay a deposit.

Alternatives worth comparing

OptionHow it differs from Oral CreationPrice context
InvisalignThe best-known dentist-provided system, offered by many more practicesPublished fees at many practices
Spark or Angel AlignerDentist-provided systems from larger manufacturers, sold in levels by number of alignersPublished fees at some practices
ImpressA clinic chain that provides Invisalign aligners at fixed plan prices, at its own clinics in England£1,990 to £3,990 for its three adult plans

If your dentist offers more than one system, ask why they recommend Oral Creation for your case and whether the fee or refinement terms differ.

What the evidence shows

We found no independent studies of Oral Creation aligners and no patient reviews of the system itself.

Its claims about fit, clarity and treatment time come from its own website, which is written for dentists, so in practice you are relying on your dentist's experience with it.

Ask how many Oral Creation cases they have completed and whether you can see examples. We have not treated patients with Oral Creation or surveyed its customers.

Who this may suit

Oral Creation suits someone whose own dentist already uses it, can show completed cases and gives a clear written quote that compares well with better-known systems.

If your dentist cannot explain why an attachment-free plan suits your teeth, or the fee is no lower than Invisalign or Spark, a better-known system gives you more information to compare.

Questions worth asking before paying

  • What is the total fee, and does it include the free retainer?
  • Is an attachment-free plan suitable for my teeth?
  • If my teeth do not follow the plan, are extra aligners included?
  • How many Oral Creation cases have you completed, and can I see examples?
  • What would Invisalign or another system cost here for the same case?
  • What does a replacement retainer cost?

Bottom line

Oral Creation is a small lab's aligner your dentist prescribes, with a free retainer per case and an attachment-free design that is its main difference. With no published prices or independent evidence, it depends on your dentist's experience with it. Ask whether it suits your teeth, get the full fee in writing and compare it with a better-known system.
