What we could confirm
- The company is registered in the UK. Oral Creation Orthodontics Limited was incorporated in England in July 2020 and was listed as active at Companies House on October 23, 2026.
- Its websites list a US address. On October 23, 2026, oralcreations.net and oralcreation.com showed a business address in Brookfield, Wisconsin, alongside a UK address. The contact page on oralcreation.com gave a different Wisconsin street address from the one in the page footer.
- A US page is not proof of US availability. The US websites appear to show a different version depending on where you browse from: from the UK they opened the UK site, while from outside the UK they showed the US page (checked October 23, 2026). So neither the US page nor the US address shows that US dentists currently order these aligners, and neither shows that the US business has stopped.
What we could not confirm
We found no US dentist finder, no list of US practices that use Oral Creation, and no US company record for the business. Without those, we cannot tell you whether a US dentist can order these aligners today, how many do, or where US cases are made.
If your dentist offers Oral Creation, ask:
- Do you currently order Oral Creation aligners, and how many cases have you treated with them?
- Where are the aligners made, and how long do aligners and replacements take to arrive?
- What is the total fee, and does it include the free retainer the lab says comes with each case?
- If my teeth do not follow the plan, are extra aligners included?
What Oral Creation says about its aligners
Oral Creation does not publish patient prices. A dentist examines you, takes impressions or a scan and sends them to the lab, and the dentist sets your fee. Two offices using the same aligners can charge different amounts and include different things.
The lab says:
- Unlimited modifications. Your dentist can ask for as many changes as they want to the planned tooth movements before the aligners are made. That covers the plan on screen, not extra aligners later.
- No attachments. It says its aligners fit closely enough that no attachments are needed. Attachments are the small tooth-colored bumps many other systems bond to teeth to help the aligners grip. They help many systems control more difficult movements, so ask your dentist whether an attachment-free plan suits your teeth.
- A free retainer with every case. Ask whether your fee reflects it, and what replacements cost. You will need to keep wearing retainers after treatment.
Oral Creation does not say whether extra aligners are included if your teeth do not follow the plan.
Your contract, including any refund, is with the dental office, and your dentist is responsible for your treatment from the exam to the end.
You can check your dentist's license with your state dental board.
If you are already in treatment
Your dentist, not the lab, is the person to speak to. Ask how replacements and your retainer will be supplied, and keep your treatment plan and remaining aligners together. If you cannot reach the office, see another dentist or orthodontist before you move on to further aligners.
